This cylinder head has been manufactured to replace the original head on a Yamaha YBR125 for the years and models only. It is possible to fit these cylinder heads for the non 154FMI 2007 2018 models. However you need to drill and tap the hole for the thermo unit. Some models you will need to reuse (or fit new) sprocket.
