A blend of 86% Cabernet, 9% Malbec and 5% Petit Verdot, this wine is truly handcrafted from the vineyard through to the finished product. The grapes were carefully selected from 40 50 year old vines from our family vineyard on the famous Langhorne Creek flood plain. Small open fermenters were used with maceration times varying from 8 12
